SUCCOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an Independent Distributor or Affiliate of SUCCOR, a company engaged in the network marketing and distribution of food supplement products. By registering and participating in SUCCOR's marketing program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Distributor Status

* You acknowledge that you are an independent distributor and not an employee, agent, or legal representative of SUCCOR.

* You are fully responsible for your own business operations, expenses, taxes, and legal compliance.

* Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

2. Membership

* To be a SUCCOR distributor is voluntary and requires payment of the applicable membership or starter package fee.

* Your access to SUCCOR’s platform, products, and compensation plan begins once payment is confirmed.

* You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Compensation and Earnings Disclaimer

* You may earn commissions, bonuses, and incentives by marketing SUCCOR’s products and referring new members in accordance with the official SUCCOR Compensation Plan.

* SUCCOR does not guarantee any specific income or earnings. All results depend solely on individual effort, skill, and market activity.

* You are prohibited from making any unauthorized income claims or guarantees to prospects.

4. Product Marketing and Ethical Conduct

* You agree to promote SUCCOR products honestly and with integrity, avoiding any false, misleading, or exaggerated health claims or product benefits.

* You may only use approved marketing materials provided or authorized by SUCCOR.

* Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior may result in immediate termination.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

* Represent yourself as a SUCCOR employee or officer.

* Cross-recruit or solicit SUCCOR affiliates into competing programs.

* Sell SUCCOR products on unauthorized platforms (e.g., third-party marketplaces without permission).

* Misrepresent product pricing, availability, or earnings potential.

* Use fake identities, documents, or engage in multiple account fraud.

6. Termination and Account Suspension

* SUCCOR reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

* Upon termination, you will lose all access to your account, downline structure, and any unpaid commissions.

* You may voluntarily cancel your participation at any time with written notice.

7. Data Privacy and Communication

* SUCCOR may collect and use your personal information for business, marketing, and communication purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

* You agree to receive updates, announcements, and promotional content via email, SMS, and platform notifications.

8. Modifications to Terms

* SUCCOR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website and sent to your registered email.

* Continued participation in the program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

* This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines (or applicable jurisdiction where SUCCOR is registered).

* Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to legal proceedings.

By registering and participating in SUCCOR's program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
